The winemaker

Tower Calens is in the family since 1987. Alexandre Doublet now watches over this thought, true to the family philosophy, signing is elegant and fruity wines. Red Graves, chiseled by the fineness of ripe Cabernet Sauvignon (75% of the blend), offers both concentration and elegance. White Graves perfect balance of Semillon and Sauvignon, is a very fine wine. His wine in barrel brings an extra complexity to the rich Semillon on the soil of the Graves. Exceptionally, some vines harvested late harvest allow the development of Graves Superior: a soft golden offering a rich palette of candied fruit.
