The winemaker

When I arrived in Bordeaux in 1992 to 25 years, I did not know much about wine (I was north of cereal son of France), but I had the will to succeed. So I bought two properties, Château LA BRETONNIERE in Blaye - Cotes de Bordeaux and Château TOUR GUIET in Côtes de Bourg. With new eyes, 15 years of restructuring of the vineyard being attentive to my homeland (with higher densities and a perfect fit country / clone / rootstock / variety) and the construction of a new winery, I produce today high quality wines. Surrounded by competent specialists and with great generosity in my work, I produce at Château TOUR GUIET a wine that combines roundness, wealth, power and strong character. Vigneron Independant, I guarantee the origin and quality of my terroir wines. These wines are now recognized by experts and regularly rewarded in the biggest competition: Robert Parker, Wine Spectator and Andreas Larsson, Best Sommelier of the World 2007, have already spent them.
