The winemaker

In 1848, François Cousinet, great-grandfather of the current owner bought the estate of "The Tower". In 1907, Camille, son of François & grandfather of the current owner wife Bertha Blaise, owner of the domain "The Sivadons". In 1935, the 2 distinct properties still adhere to the new cooperative Lèves Camille Cousinet which is one of the founding members. In 1910, Albert birth (son of Camille & Bertha) father of the current owner. Following the legacy of two properties, Albert will in turn director of the cooperative for 20 years. It will bring together the two properties and name the new field "Castle Tower Sivadon". His son John Paul born in 1950 and today the owner is responsible, in 1979, the property with his wife Josephine. He continues in the family tradition.
