The winemaker
The soil is clay and limestone, sandy and gravelly which allows for powerful, colorful wines with a very diverse range of aromas. The Vineyards is close to a hundred meters from the Gironde estuary, and enjoys a micro-climate for the vine. The work is done with old manual practices: size, suckering, budding, lift, green harvesting. Mechanization is in addition to this meticulous work to constantly improve product quality.
