This cuvée only comes into being when the vintage is particularly promising. The wine is a deep ruby red. The nose reveals the personality of its grape varieties, with ripe, crunchy red and black fruit, as well as a minty, almost licorice-like freshness, enhanced by floral notes. Supple, elegant, fine and fruity, it is full-bodied on the palate, with delicate hints of sweet spices, cocoa and vanilla, followed by a long, juicy finish. 5% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 80% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot.
