It's the counterpoint to the château's wines... A different take on Cabernet Sauvignon! The color is an intense garnet with violet highlights. A wine of finesse, with aromas of ripe fruit and violets, mixed with spices and pepper. The palate is superb, full-bodied and voluminous, with a silky tannic structure. This is a deep wine with a persistent, flavorful finish.

If you'd like to go back to the Bordeaux style but are slightly different from what we know in the region, don't hesitate for a second. Quite a fine wine in the end.
