The estate / the house / the winery:
The Château de Fontenille vineyard in the entre-deux-mers appellation, covers 56 ha, divided as follows: 20 ha for white and 36 ha for red. The terroir benefits from a particular exposure, i.e. bordered on one side by the Garonne and on the other by the Gironde, thus protecting it from any viticultural disease. The estate has been awarded the hve (high environmental value) label, demonstrating the high quality of its wines. This crémant is made using the traditional method, and is vinified at low temperature to preserve all its fruity aromas. It is kept for 14 months on laths. Its composition is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc.
the winecoated with a pale rosé color, it expresses a delicate bouquet of red fruits that arouses gourmandise. Its freshness and lightness make it a wine of pure pleasure. Its airy character and delicate effervescence give it a lively elegance.
