The winemaker

Pascal Delbeck is already the fifth generation of the family at the service of the Bordeaux vineyards. Vigneron passion and guided by the desire to share his experience, he has combined his nephew Cedric Berger and his daughter Marie-Amandine his activité.Aujourd'hui is every three they drive the vineyard. Fourteen hectares in one piece located on one of the sunniest slopes of the town of Mountain that extends facing Saint Emilion. Great winery with small stainless steel tanks (to achieve a fragmented wine) and an innovative peg system. Three barrel cellars. A large reception room with a panoramic view on Saint Emilion hills up to 120 people. Former property of the Dubois family Challon Pascal Delbeck was the director and winemaker since 1975 before becoming a farmer and owner in 2003. renovation, expansion and development of the work tool has was undertaken in 2008.
