The winemaker

The estate was created in 2005 from a former 12th-century fortified farmhouse. The terroir is clay-limestone, benefiting from underground quarries. Most of the vines are Merlot, accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon. The first plantings date back to 1958, followed by those of the 70s, 1988/89 and 1997. The vineyards have been farmed organically since the first year, and certified Biodynamically since 2015.
