The winemaker

It's just after the Second World War that Henri Landès buys Domaine Rouyet in existence since 1830. It was then his son George Landès that develops the property located in the heart of Fronsac. The Domaine du Rouyet has the best conditions to produce a quality wine. Since 1991, George Landès installed his nephew Stéphane Etourneaud to succeed him and create together SCEA Domaine du Rouyet. Since then, significant improvements have been made, including the modernization of production tools: expansion of the winery, thermoregulation tanks to better control the phenomena of maceration and fermentation as well as the acquisition of a pneumatic press and since 2013 a selective sorting of the harvest system.
