Château Lamothe-Cissac is one of the finest châteaux in the Haut-Médoc, with 33 hectares of vines, some of which are over 50 years old. Since vincent fabre took over management of the estate, the quality of the wines has improved markedly, thanks in particular to the use of much more new wood during vinification. Deep ruby color.
Aroma
On aeration, a broad aromatic palette combines notes of red fruit (blackcurrant) fruit (blackcurrant), cooked fruit and sweet spices. Vanilla aromas are very well integrated.

Taste
The palate is well-balanced, with supple tannins and a very delicate finish. Notes of undergrowth appear as the wine evolves.
