On the nose, this wine offers scents of blackcurrant and ripe black cherry. On tasting, Le Plus de La Fleur de Boüard is dynamic. Black fruit and blackcurrant aromas recall the nose. This is a wine with finesse and roundness. Thanks to its long ageing, this wine has great ageing potential, reaching over ten years for certain vintages.

    The intensely expressive nose is a concentrate of spices (4-bay pepper, saffron), evolving into a full-bodied, fragrant black fig.

Spread over 80% red wines, but also 11% white wines, 9% rosé, this region is 6 million hectolitres per yer (80% red wines + white wines (dry, sweet and fortified), clairet and crémant rosés).
