Les hauts de tousquiron is a micro-cuvée produced from the high-quality parcels of a Cru Bourgeois château located in the northern Médoc at jau-dignac. The fact that half the grapes are Merlot gives it a very pleasant fruity character.5% Cabernet Franc, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot. Sustainable viticulture, mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, use of sorting tables, pumping-over, ageing in new barrels, ageing in barrels of one wine, blending, light filtration, traditional cork, clay-gravel soils.

Appearance
Intense color, ranging from ruby to garnet.
Aroma
Black fruit notes with cassis and blackberry, followed by empyreumatic fragrances that vary between vanilla and roasting.
