Château Coucy is supple, fruity and pleasant on the palate. It's a table wine that goes well with simple dishes and even desserts. We recommend it with red meat (lamb) or white meat (chicken). Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats (at an average temperature of 28°C). Malolactic fermentation in vats, where 1/3 of the production is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months to give the wine more roundness and structure. The remainder is aged in concrete vats.
A brilliant garnet-red color with violet highlights. Beautiful intensity.
On the nose, ripe red and black fruit aromas dominated by blackcurrant. Hints of wood and vanilla add complexity to the wine.

Round and delicious on the palate, balanced with the freshness of good acidity. The tannins are supple and silky. Aromas of red fruit and a finish with toasty, roasted notes. This wine can be enjoyed now, but aeration is recommended. The wine's complex structure gives it the potential to be kept for several years.
