    In a few words ...

With its sumptuous architectural heritage dating back to the end of the 18th century and a rich winegrowing history spanning more than 700 years, Château La Louvière has a lot to offer. It was also here, at La Louvière, that André Lurton began the adventure of the Pessac-Léognan AOC, of which this cru is today one of the most emblematic representatives. Early in its history, the estate was renowned for the quality of its white wines. These come from the property's coolest clay terroirs, and are meticulously crafted throughout the year. These whites are precise, elegant and fine, and today rank among the great dry white wines of the Pessac-Léognan Graves.

Candied fruit, nose of lemon zest, old pineau/port, oxidative, beautiful complexity even if at the end of its life.
