Infusion by total immersion of the pomace for gentle extraction of color and tannins. "La belle endormie" is a nickname we give to our exceptional terroir. It is beneficial to the roots of the vines, which go to great lengths to harvest nutrients and water, enabling us to produce a full-bodied wine. Aged in barrels for 14 months, untouched by wood, the wine is silky, elegant and easy to digest. For drinking or after several years' cellaring (+20 years).
