Vintage 2021 - AOC SAINT EMILION GRAND CRU, made from selected plots of black sand and clay, 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods. The wine is traditionally aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, 50% of which in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is very fruity, with woody notes. The tannins are well structured. Enjoy it with a charcuterie/cheese platter or poultry. It will keep for 10 to 12 years.
