The winemaker

The vineyards cover eight hectares, consisting of the following varieties: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Pressac. Soils are sandy, from aeolian deposits, based on a basement of hardpan. The wine is fermented in cement vats and stainless steel tanks which allows perfect control of the different stages of fermentation. Then he has the privilege of being raised in new oak barrels. The planting of vines (40-50 years) gives the wine a deep, intense color and a soft which pleases the palate. This is a wine that blends perfectly with the beautiful pieces of meat, game and cheese.
