The winemaker

Investments were made in 1993 with the creation of a new winery, combining stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation and underground tanks for malolactic fermentation. Temperatures are electronically controlled. And to guarantee the origin of all our products, we control the traceability of each plot. Since 2018, we have been HVE level 3 certified. This is a voluntary approach, which aims to enhance the more particularly environmentally-friendly practices implemented by farmers.
