The winemaker
The 8.5 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Libourne benefit from early gravelly soil, not very fertile and very qualitative where Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon reach optimal maturity before the autumn solstice. Most of the vineyard work is carried out by winegrowers in a constant concern for quality and respect of the vineyard. Planting densities and the high age of the vines allows a perfect balance between low yield and quality of grapes.
