In a few words ...

Ruby-red color. Fragrance of a berry basket, especially redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries. Fruity, supple and full-bodied. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure optimum quality. After harvesting, maceration lasts 4 to 8 days at 8°c. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures of around 28°c in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing in 228-liter French oak barrels, the famous 'pičce bourguignone'. Labouré-roi was founded in 1832 as a family business and has been one of the leading Burgundy wine merchants ever since. The company's headquarters are in nuits-saint-georges, where 1,100 barrels can be stored in ideal conditions in the original cellars. A modern annex houses a further 1,300 barrels. In order to always be able to offer the best qualities of Burgundy, Labouré-Roi works in collaboration with a large number of estates and winegrowers. Around 80% of production is exported to over 30 countries worldwide. Labouré-roi enjoys an excellent international reputation. Allergene:enthält sulfite
