Savigny is located near Beaune, on the 2 sides of the Rhoin valley. The vineyard covers 370 hectares. Savigny les Beaune wines are soft and lively, with aromas of exotic fruit, apple and hazelnut. These are very well-balanced, fresh, fine wines.
1974 was a small year, but one that produced some pleasant surprises in the taste department. A winemaker's year.
