In a few words ...
Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyards run alongside a small river, the Serein. The climats are divided between the right and left banks. Domaine Passy le Clou, owned by the Descombe family, comprises 21 parcels scattered throughout the Chablis region, each vinified independently to reflect the terroir as closely as possible.
