The winemaker

The Château of Fleys is a family operation (as GAEC) belonging to Beatrice and Olivier Benoît Philippon. It is located in the town of Fleys in the heart of Chablis, 4.5 km to the east of Chablis, on the right bank of the Serein. It extends over twenty hectares, composed of Chablis AOC (including the Clos du Château) and Chablis 1er Cru AOC the "Mont de Milieu" and "cookers", two climates right bank of the Serein. Sustainable farming is practiced in the respect of nature. The wines are made in the cellar built in 2006 at 2, rue des Fourneaux. Different types of wine are made as wines. Marketing of wines was also held in the same cellar where you will be warmly welcomed by the family Philippon.
