The winemaker

The story began with Georges DRAIN in the 1950s with the production of red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry) and some vines on an operating lease. On the arrival of his son Raymond in the 1970s, the estate was bought and the main activity is the production of regional appellations (Burgundy Red, White Burgundy and Bourgogne Passe all grains) essentially for the Burgundians traders. Late 80s, the area develops selling bottles in the cellar. Start 90, the name GIVRY between exploitation. I, Christopher, I arrive at the field in 2001 and highlights the marketing of the cellar sales with the arrival of new names: GIVRY, GIVRY 1ER CRU.
