The winemaker
In 1965, he decides to devote himself exclusively to his domain which then reaches an area of 7 hectares. To take a larger scale he partnered with his brother, Mr. Lecestre. They both continue to evolve the operation, plant vines, to invest in new buildings for winemaking, purchase straddle to improve productivity and working vineyards. Thus in 1997, the daughter of Mr. De Oliveira takes over in stewardship which he took a well deserved retirement, but to this day is still very active and whose advice is always goods came. In 2004, the girl joined the operation. Today three generations working on the field. Currently they exploit 48 hectares of vineyards, which are spread over the four appellations of Chablis (8 hectares 44 of Petit Chablis, Chablis 99 34 hectares, 4 hectares 29 of Chablis Premier Cru and 0hectares 28 Chablis Grand Cru).
