Domaine des Crêts, was born in 2014 when François Lequin and Matthieu Ponson, both passionate Burgundy winemakers, met. Their project is to create an estate producing great white Burgundy wines by magnifying the Chardonnay grape variety. The vines are cultivated with respect for terroirs and the environment, applying the precepts of organic and biodynamic agriculture with a view to certification.
