The winemaker

Like all good stories, adventure Collovray & Terrier is full of twists and new beginnings. It all starts with Joanny Collovray in 1928 and the first vineyards it owns around the village of Davayé, a few kilometers west of Macon, under the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson. Two generations later, the Collovray met the Terrier and associate within the Domaine des Deux Roches born in 1986. Today, the fourth generation is at work ... Domaine des Deux Roches has today become a specialist in the Saint-Veran it comes in multiple vintages. From the vine to the bottle, it applies qualitative methods indicating a real know-how combined with an undeniable love of the countryside.
