The winemaker

Our family grows grapes for generations and Dominique and Annie have created this area in 1973 with the resumption of vines from their parents. Following the retirement in January 2012 Dominique AUFRERE Stephane (one of his two son) continues the business. The work in the vineyard and winemaking are following the traditional uses of our region: From pruning double Guyot, monitoring trellising and maintaining the good health of the plant depends on the quality of the grape. Anxious to our land, we are practicing sustainable farming.
