Domaine des Poncetys Davayé is located at the foot of the rocks of Vergisson and Solutré, in the heart of southern Burgundy. A region rich in history and with a gastronomic and cultural heritage recognized. Created in the seventeenth century by a family of the nobility Macon, the area successively belonged to the Bishop of Autun and then, during the separation of church and state, he falls into the lap of the Saône -et-Loire.
