The winemaker
Le Cellier du Domaine aux Moines vineyard is primarily made up of 4.70 hectares of Clos du Cellier aux Moines, a historical Premiers Crus de Givry, planted in pinot noir. Upon resumption of the Estate, the Pascal family acquired a few white patches to increase its wine offering. It was as early as 2007 the purchase of a plot in Mercurey, "the lasses." In 2012, the field has taken three parcels of Premiers Crus white in the Côte de Beaune, located in Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.
