The winemaker

The origins of the wines of Pouilly date back to Roman times and are popular kings in the thirteenth century. Today the vineyard of just over 1,200 hectares remarkably expressed by its fruity wines secset, all the character and complexity of the Sauvignon Blanc on different types of clay and limestone soils. The wines of the area are characteristic of their terroir of flint clays with complex aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and mineral notes of flint. Always particularly bold and long in the mouth, they retain good acidity.
