The winemaker

The vineyards, mostly small plots are located in the communes of Ladoix, Savigny les Beaune, Chorey les Beaune, Aloxe-Corton .They are planted in Pinot Noir for reds, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay for white. The winery produces today the entire hierarchy of Burgundy wines (Regional, Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus)   We favor the cultivation of the soil and avoid the use of herbicides.   The harvest is done manually and all our wines are vinified in our winery, then high by us in barrels of oak.   About a quarter our harvest is sold in barrels traders to the Beaune region, the rest is bottled on the property (about 30,000) to then be sold on site for individuals and profesionals.   Our production is about 15% white wine and 85% red wines.
