The winemaker

The vines, mostly small plots, are located in the communes of Ladoix, Savigny les Beaune, Chorey les Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, and are planted with pinot noir for the reds and pinot blanc and chardonnay for the whites. Today, the domaine produces the entire hierarchy of Burgundy wines (Régionaux, Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus). We favor soil cultivation and avoid the use of herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand and all our wines are vinified in our own winery, then matured by us in oak barrels. Around a quarter of our harvest is sold in barrels to wine merchants in the Beaune region, while the remainder is bottled on the estate (around 30,000 bottles) and sold locally to individuals and professionals. Our production is approximately 15% white wine and 85% red wine.
