The winemaker

The domaine produces 11 cuvées, all in regional appellations, premiers crus or villages. For red wines, the grape variety used is Pinot Noir. For white wines, the winemakers have chosen to blend Chardonnay and Aligoté. Mercurey blanc is a very powerful wine produced at Domaine Michel Briday. The vines are planted on a soil composed of white marl and colored rock.
