The winemaker

Installed in 1981 winemakers adhering to the Cave Coopérative de Vire we have after mature reflection we decided to withdraw in 2008 to build our domain and live fully our winemaker developing and commercializing our wine. We work our vines following a reasoned culture protocol with grassing mastered, and a gradual return to tillage. Also we want to ensure that all work on the driving mode of the vines are made in harmony with the growth cycle in order to achieve the proper development of the plant, and the best possible crop.
