The winemaker

At the helm are Patrick, a colorful winemaker and lover of good words, and his daughter Barbara, dynamic and full of ambition. They form a complementary duo, in which each has found his own place: vineyard work for the father; vinification and marketing for the daughter. It's an engaging and efficient duo that we find at the head of Domaine Miolane! The domaine produces 14 appellations -premiers crus, villages, regional- from Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. The white wines reflect the terroir, often marked by minerality. For reds, the domaine boasts long-aged Pinot Noir wines with great ageing potential. The wines reveal aromas of red fruits, with a fine structure of tannins. Patrick and Barbara Miolane are happy to open the doors of their tasting cellar to private customers by appointment.
