The winemaker

After completing my studies at the School of Beaune Wine High School of Macon Davayé for 6 years, I worked three years on the family estate of my parents . The opportunity came for the redemption of 4 hectares of vines in production, so I decided to start my own business by creating an area from April 2014 while working in parallel on the Family field, allowing me to to vinify wines in the winery from my parents. Currently the estate comprises 5 ha, the appellations Burgundy Aligoté (white grape), Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Blanc (Chardonnay) and St. Bris (Sauvignon). It also still have the potential to grow in the coming years the equivalent of 2.80 ha of vines.
