The winemaker

The Domaine Roux: an evolving winemaking process


At the domaine, winemaking is the fruit of a reasoned, ecological and sustainable approach. Everything is done with respect for nature and the earth. The wines are made in such a way as to preserve the origin of the fruit and reveal the terroir. Today, the vineyard covers more than 60 hectares, spread over 13 villages in the Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.

Domaine Roux is not only a beacon for the Saint-Aubin appellation. Over time, and thanks to the acquisition of new plots, many other appellations are produced at the domaine: Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, Crémant de Bourgogne, Santenay, Côte Chalonnaise, Maconnais, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Beaune, Puligny-Montrachat, Aloxe-Corton, Chambolle-Musigny, Ladoix, Vougeot, Rully, Mercurey and Grevrey-Chambertin.
