The estate and the vineyards are located in the historic heart of the vineyards traditionally defined by Cistercian monks. The vineyards of Chablis in Testut Domaine are an average age of 40 years and over 50 years for Premier Cru and Grand Cru. Much of the vineyard comes from the selection Massale, allowing the area to fully control its production.   The root system well developed vineyards of Domaine Testut draw deep iodine mineral rich soil makes the greatness of Chablis wines. 80% of Chablis AOC products are on the right bank of the Serein, between Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and Blanchots Grand Cru, one of the most mineral part of the vineyard.   The vines of the Domaine Testut are in the best exposure that is, to achieve a perfect balance between ripeness and minerality. In gastronomy, Chablis is prized for its finesse and elegance in many different combination dishes such as processed meats, snails, the sausage, white meat and many crustaceans and fish. All Premier Cru, a major part of the area Chablis Grand Cru and are picked by hand.   This is the winemaker Cyril Testut, warranty of great quality wine.
