Created in the early 1900s, the area that holds Nathalie Theulot of her grandmother and her mother runs at present 12 hectares. Specialist mercurey name, it produces wines and villages first five vintages: Champs Martins Combins, the mottled, the Croichots and Saumonts. Jean-Claude and Nathalie Theulot, controlling yields is essential. For this, green harvesting may be performed if necessary. The area has also stopped using herbicides to return to plowing. Adept natural winemaking and maturing in oak barrels, the couple is looking deep wine, with crisp fruit.
