The winemaker

The field began in 1995 at a family estate while Valerie and Philippe worked part time in another area. In 1999, they settled permanently after acquiring their expertise and some plots of vines. The family vineyard of 10 hectares is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune and operates 10 of the most prestigious appellations such as Santenay and Pommard. The only white grape is Chardonnay and Pinot Black for designations of red wines. Today, Quentin worked in field alongside his parents.
