The winemaker

Since 1792, the family Latour produced one of the greatest white wines in the world: Meursault. In 1998, Jean Latour leaves room for Vincent and his mother that create the Domaine Jean LATOUR LABILLE AND SON. The wife of Vincent, Cécile, joined them in 2004 after earning a BPREA to CFPPA Beaune. In 2005, the area is enlarged with the recovery of a vine on Pommard; in 2006, two vines on St. Aubin; in 2007 Volnay. In 2008, Vincent and Cécile create a trading company "Vincent House Latour" in order to redeem priority by vineyards made sharecropping. It also allows them to complement the range of field and other winemaking terroir through a partnership with winemakers who have the same production philosophy. They can thus obtain a quality equivalent to the field Vincent Latour. In 2009, Cecilia and Vincent opened a comfortable lodging 3 ears in the castle: the House of Meix In 2011, following the departure of the mother of Vincent, the field changes entity and takes the name of the winemaker "Vincent Domaine Latour".
