In 1975, the House officially takes the name of "The House of CREMANT" with the publication of the decree on sparkling wines of Burgundy, which gives the sparkling white and rosé wines, the A.O.C. Crémant de Bourgogne. More than a century of know-how today reinforces the Maison du Cremant Cremant as a major winemaker in Burgundy. Vincent SAUVESTRE took over the management of the House in June 2003.
