In a few words ...
Luminous, dark garnet-red. The wine aged for 18 months in used and new oak barrels. On the nose, the 2014 presents a perfume of red berries, ripe pinot fruit and notes of finely spiced herbs. On the palate, the ripe, well-integrated tannins, elegant, spicy richness and notes of raspberry and blackberry are convincing. A classic, powerful Burgundy that's only just beginning to evolve.
