The domain Sylvaine and Alain Normand is located in La Roche-Vineuse, Mâconnais town nestled in the side of the other two rocks of Solutré and Vergisson, bases of exceptional terroirs which give rise since generations of the most prestigious wines of Burgundy South. With passion, Sylvaine and Alain Normand amounted to La Roche-Vineuse best red and white wines of the Mâconnais Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint Veran, Mâcon La Roche Vineuse Burgundy. In 2010, the field considerably expanding its operating surface from 13 to 32 hectares of vineyards spread over the communes of Solutré, Chaintre, Prissé and La Roche-Vineuse. Sylvaine and Alain Normand cultivate their vines respecting the natural environment. The torque control winemakers grape production, respects the land and develop the most natural wine on its lees. Creative, without a priori nor dogma Product Sylvaine and Alain NORMAND offer a new interpretation of the typical designations Mâconnais, widely pébliscitée abroad. The vintages are aged in tank for balanced and fruity wines, but also drums for complex wines and custody.
