The winemaker
The Autréau-Lasnot Champagne House has been cultivating its passion for the vine since 1932. Today, the 5th generation is at work in the vineyard and the cellar, represented by the brothers Fabrice and Florent Autréau and their wives, Véronique and Virginie. Located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in the commune of Epernay, the vineyard is a 16-hectare parcel of land with a typical Champagne grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
In order to respect nature and with great consideration for the soil, the vineyard is managed using sustainable agriculture. Ploughing is carried out with a plough and the use of inputs is limited to a strict minimum. The d'Autréau family cultivates a love of good wine and emphasises the influence of the terroir in each of their vintages. The result is typical wines that respect and enhance the grape varieties and terroirs.
