The winemaker

The house is located in the town of Meurville on the coast of Bar. They design a born champagne manual work in the vineyards and realize all stages of its development. Champagne Benoit Gaullet is a blended wine made from three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Gaullet house is for four generations. Benoit, son of Michael and Maria Theresa decided to take over and expand the family business with his wife Cecilia. Together, along with their three children, Jeanne, Marion and Jean-Baptiste they now lead the field.
