The winemaker

The estate covers no more than 5.6 hectares on the slopes of the Côte des Bar. On this clay-limestone terroir, the Champagne appellation finds a great deal of originality, by favoring Pinot noir. Combined with Chardonnay, which develops surprising flavors here, this grape gives body and an incredible palette of fruit to sparkling wines. In addition to the cultivation itself, which is totally pesticide-free, the winemaking process is traditional, following hand-picked grapes that ensure the rare quality of Camille Marcel cuvées.
