The winemaker
Born into a family of winemakers "grower-handling" (4 generations) Françoise and Daniel Collard Collard created the Chardelle Champagnes in 1974 and operate an area of 8.5 hectares of vines. True to tradition, Champagne Collard-Chardelle draws much of its production in oak casks with a capacity of between 6,000 and 7,000 l, this technique virtually disappeared in Champagne gives different vintages of their field quality and unique personality.
