The winemaker

The DAMIEN-BUFFET house


The winery cultivates vines and produces champagnes of the highest quality. The house has been a family winegrower since the 15th century. It is one of the oldest families in Sacy. The soils are sandy, silty and clay-limestone. The most famous grape variety is Meunier. Sacy is one of 44 communes classified as Premier Cru.

DAMIEN-BUFFET, exceptional champagnes


The house makes regular, sophisticated wines. Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes are used. The estate offers us a wide aromatic palette with blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, rosé and blended Champagnes. They can be enjoyed brut or demi-sec. It's the finesse and effervescence of this vineyard's crus that make it so famous.
